Actually sleep time and amount of sleep is very important. I actually realized it when I was working for an internship or a practical. I used to sleep late during that time ( I slept at around 2am - 4am ) and I woke up at 7am - 7:30am everyday for work. You know what I mean. I was so tired when i was working. Thus, I felt sleepy at workplace and my productivity was not good. Everyone at the company knew about it and thus, my performance marks were low. Before I left the company, my colleague said:" next time if you sleep early and wake up early, I'm sure you will be successful at work. " I nodded as if I had learnt a lesson.
Now I'm back to studies. Somehow I still keep my bad habit, sleeping late. When will i change my bad habit to sleeping early and waking up early? Any ways to help me sleep early and wake up early? The time now is 4:03am and I will have classes at 8am, somehow I'm still online now.
